Old Three Hundred Capital is an Austin, TX based private equity company operating in both the real estate and corporate PE markets. Leveraging intelligent, informed underwriting, operational expertise, and proprietary modeling and software, they source and invest in some of the markets’ most exciting alternative investment opportunities and recession-resistant real estate strategies.
Old Three Hundred came up with the idea of PropUp when calculation sheets were no longer a viable option and could not address the specific needs of a real estate company. The idea of PropUp came to life and was initially developed by a 3rd party provider.
Old Three Hundred then approached KYOTU Technology and we jumped headfirst into the project. We had to take over all aspects of developing the desired solution: from migrating existing solution, through reverse-engineering the entire application as no documentation was provided and engaging UX/UI specialists to prepare everything from style guide to the actual design, to finally redoing the majority of the code up to our standard.
Right now PropUp is a seamless add-on to existing property management systems that fills in the gaps where those platforms fall short. PropUp integrates with existing property management systems to add critical functionality around unit turnovers, renewals, delinquency management, and executive dashboards.
